Northshore Place, Fleur Homes.

Set within the coastal village of Brancaster Staithe, Northshore Place is a collection of 10 beautiful new homes. Offering a mix of 2,3 and 4 bedrooms, the site encompasses 3 large detached homes, 4 attached properties and an attractive terrace. Spacious and light-filled, their contemporary interiors are an appealing mix of luxury with coastal touches.

I created the development logo, sales collateral and eMarketing campaign along with on-site signage and hoardings, all of which played a major part in securing 7 sales off-plan before breaking ground. The campaign draws inspiration from it’s stunning coastal location.
